dusklord.com sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. The game and its updater keep a few files on your PC, listed below; none of them holds your password or is sent to us.
1.The website
- No cookies. dusklord.com sets no cookies of any kind, and uses no local storage, analytics, advertising, tracking pixels or session replay.
- No third-party fonts or scripts. The fonts are served from dusklord.com itself.
- Requests to our own services. The home page fetches the current version number from our download storage (hosted by DigitalOcean), and shows a small panel of our other games using a script and images from our company site, dextrata.com, which sets no cookies. The download button fetches the updater from the same storage. As with any web request, those servers receive your IP address and browser type.
Because nothing is stored in your browser, there is no consent banner and nothing to refuse.
2.Files the game keeps on your PC

The game does not save your username or password; you type them each time you sign in.
3.Files the updater keeps on your PC

4.Removing them
To remove Dusk Lord completely, close the game and delete the folders %LOCALAPPDATA%\DuskLord and %APPDATA%\DuskLord (paste each into the File Explorer address bar to open it). Deleting login.cfg alone makes the game ask your age again. Your account and characters are kept on our servers, not on your PC; to have those deleted, see the Privacy Policy.
5.Changes and contact
If we ever add a cookie or another way of storing information on your device, we will update this page first, and ask for your consent before setting anything that is not strictly necessary. Questions: [email protected].
